If anyone has ever worked in retail, you'll know what I mean. We've got people over our store from all over the shop (no pun intended) from Strood, Maidstone, Hastings, and a Northern engineer who's installing a load of stuff.

It's kind of funny, because a lot of them com from much larger stores and they all keep going 'Aww, your place is small!' Erm, not to us. Have you seen Somerfield Bearsted where our old gaffer works now? TINY!!! Besides it doesn't mean we haven't got any less work. We've got less people remember? But I'm not complaining, though honestly I've never felt this much pressure to get things right/done. Man, it does make the nights out hanging out and drinking a few with friends that more enjoyable.

Word of advice; if you want an easy job, DO NOT go into admin! 'Kay?

Whilst on the subject of Us and Them, you don't realise it but over time you do get the sense of rivalry between different brands. I mean, a lot of us are actually feeling chuffed that a lot of the nearer stores like Tesco and Sainsbury are worried about our opening. Wow! You don't expect to, but it must be the mentality of the business! Hah! Be worried, big Tesco! We're opening up! 29th June! Be prepared!!! XDDD

In Other News;
~One of my Norwegian mates is coming over to the UK soon! I'm really looking forward to seeing this dude, since he's pretty awesome and a nice guy.
~Watching Famous, Rich And Homeless. It's pretty good, interesting viewing. I feel really repectful to the celebs that are doing this. I mean, from one extreme of life to another, not being able to contact your friends or family or anything? Damn.
~I met up with an old friend! Rhys! Great guy, though I barely recognised him at first because he's got about, oh, 3 more piercings to his face and dyed his hair from bright red and blond to black! Really cool, and the same person I knew when I last saw him 6 months ago.
~I'm very jealous of my mates. THEY GOT TO MEET ENTER SHIKARI DAMNIT! I wish I could have gone to Download Festival now, I mean Prodigy played there as well!
~Oh, and my little cousin Lewis is training to be a proper chef now. I had a meal at his place for my ma's birthday, and he was the chef... He's good.
